• Pet policy: The Smith Creek Village is dog-friendly. Silver Falls State Park leash rules apply to the Village and backcountry trails, and Silver Falls Hospitality's Lodging + Pet Policies and Rules must be agreed to.

• An additional pet-fee applies only to the following rooms, that are cleaned to hypo-allergenic cleaning standards:​

  • Raccoon Cottage Room 27

  • Chickaree Cottage Room 25

  • Tiny Cabin A, Tiny Cabin B, or Tiny Cabin C

  • Alder Lodge

• Cancellation policy: ​​ 

• For leisure stays booked on any online channel or over the phone, lodging + leisure  guests may cancel up to 7 days prior to check-in time for a full refund. ​
• Contracted venue rentals and associated group lodging reservations are subject to the terms and agreement written within signed document upon time of booking.

• To provide you with the best possible service, we are requiring a two night minimum in all lodging for peak seasons + weekends-- which applies April thru November only.
